A delivery partner typically refers to an individual or a company that facilitates the transportation and delivery of goods or services from one location to another. This term is commonly used in the context of businesses that rely on third-party services for their business operations, such as product delivery companies, e-commerce platforms, or courier services.

Add Delivery Partner

  • In this module you can add new delivery partners to manage product delivery.

  • You can store their details like name, contact, and other information.

  • This helps in tracking and assigning orders to delivery partners easily.

  • Fill up the required fields in the form carefully.

  • After completing all details, hit the Submit button to save the record.

  • Once submitted, the information will be added and can be managed later.

How it works with Sale, Stock and Accounts

Delivery partner has three statuses, Sent, Returned, Cash Received respectively.

When a delivery partner is selected from the POS screen, its default status will be β€œSent”

When the status of the products is β€œSent” the product will be removed from stock but no money will be added to the account.

When the product is delivered, go to the sale list and change the delivery status β€œSent” to β€œCash Received”. When the status of the products is β€œCash Received” the product will be removed from stock and money will be added to the account.

When the product is Returned, go to the sale list and change the delivery status β€œSent” to β€œReturned”. When the status of the products is β€œReturned” the product will be added in stock and no money will be added to the account.
