Transfer refers to the process of moving inventory/stock from one outlet or location to another within the same business or organization. This functionality is particularly useful for businesses with multiple physical locations, where there is a need to redistribute stock between stores to maintain optimal stock levels and meet customer demand.
Add Transfer
To transfer an “IMEI Product” from one outlet to another, first expand the Transfers menu from the left sidebar. Then, click on the Add Transfer option to begin the process. This allows you to manage and move IMEI-based products between outlets accurately.
Expand the Transfers menu from the left sidebar.
Click on the Add Transfer option.
Start the transfer process for the IMEI Product.
Select the outlet from which you are going to send the products. This step ensures the correct source branch is chosen for the transfer. Always verify the outlet to avoid sending items from the wrong location.
Open the transfer form.
Go to the Outlet field.
Select the outlet you are sending products from.
Send products shipping status.
From the Sender Outlet the status can only select Draft and Send.
If the status “Draft” that means the product will not be reduced from the stock, the product will not go to another outlet.
If the status “Send” that means the quantity of the product will not be reduced from the stock, but it will be sent to another outlet. When it is received from other outlet i.e. received status will be reduced from stock and added to other outlet’s stock.
If the status “Received” that means the product will be reduced from the stock, the product will received by another outlet.
Select a product of “IMEI Type” from the Item field that you want to transfer. This option ensures that only IMEI-based products are included in the transfer. Always double-check the selected product to maintain accuracy.
Go to the Item field in the transfer form.
Choose a product of “IMEI Type”.
Verify the selected product before transfer.
After selecting IMEI item you will get a popup modal, Enter the quantity in the Quantity field for how many IMEIs you want to transfer, below field will be generated according to quantity number. Enter the IMEI number in the IMEI field. Then click the Add to Cart button to add these items to the cart.
To add more IMEI fields, click on the plus (+) button. This will generate extra fields where you can enter additional IMEI numbers. Use this option whenever you need to transfer multiple IMEIs at once.
Go to the IMEI section.
Click the plus (+) button.
New IMEI fields will be generated.
Enter the additional IMEI numbers.
After adding the products to the cart, it will display the selected items for transfer. The snapshot shows that products from the Uttara outlet are being transferred to the Mirpur outlet. Finally, fill in the required fields and click the Submit button to complete the transfer.

Fill in the required fields.
Click the Submit button to finalize the transfer.
After going to another outlet where it is going with an alert, here you can add it to your outlet by receiving the status.
